To integrate vRealize Operation (vROPS) with VMware Horizon, need to have Management Pack for VMware Horizon. Management Pack for VMware Horizon can download from VMware’s Market Place
Once downloaded the vRealize Operation Management Pack for Horizon. You can import the Management Pack to vRealize Operations.
Once the account is configured you can go to the vRealize Operations Dashboards and select VMware Horizon. As shown below I have selected Horizon Availability.
You need to configure parameters on each Widget to start showing the results
